Optimization of production processes and green technology

As part of our R&D department, we conduct our own advanced technological research, focusing on the development of proprietary washing and dyeing techniques. We keep a reliable record of the research we have carried out, which allows us to fully repeat and continuously improve our formulas. Our overarching goal is sustainable development through:

One of our greatest research successes is the complete elimination of the tedious process of sanding denim clothing with sandpaper. Thanks to our investment in Tonello’s state-of-the-art laser, we have replaced manual labor with digital technology.

The result: We have completely eliminated dust that is harmful to health, improved working comfort, and significantly shortened the production process.
